2009 Dog Days of Summer was at Pawsitive Attitudes, 21401 Brewers Neck Blvd, Carrollton, Virginia on Saturday, July 18, 2009. The purpose was to raise donations for the Isle of Wight County Humane Society. Due to time limitations, sessions were by appointment only.

I asked folks to bring a 10 lb bag of kitten or puppy food and $20 to Pawsitive Attitudes on Saturday, July 18 and they received a session and a free 5x7 portrait or their furry friend. All kitten and puppy food donations were given to Isle of Wight County Humane Society.

Depsite it being almost 100 degrees that day and absolutely NO press coverage of the event, we collected 20+ bags of food! THANK YOU everyone!
